| Stephen Brodsky's "Olé Sunday" CD |

RECORDED: onto 4-track between 2000/2001 LABEL: Magic Bullet Record Company RELEASED: November 2001 HISTORY: First press |
Being another collection of lo-fidelity tunes, "Olé Sunday" is somewhat more cohesive as an "album" of all things in comparison to "Expose Your Overdubs". It's a bit more rock sounding, maybe even more of a conscious effort to pay homage towards the 60's & 70's rock jangle only a garage-environment could produce. The piano for "Stolen Echoes..." was recorded at a Brookline elementary school during a lunch break on one of Stephen's summer painting jobs. Here's a toast to tremelo-pan, Mooger Fooger analog delay, and the Casio SK-1! |
